Terry Davis, President

Terry is President and a Trainer of the Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue Association. He has been training scenting dogs for over 35 years. He is an instructor with the National Police Bloodhound Association, a judge with the American Bloodhound Club, and was a Master Trainer with the Virginia Police Work Dog Association. He has coordinated and instructed at training seminars around the world. He is the Bloodhound handler for the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Buck Garner, Vice-President

Buck is Vice-President and an Instructor of the Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue Association.  He is also an instructor with the National Police Bloodhound Association.  He has been involved in mantrailing, law enforcement and SAR for many years.  He is with the Louisa County Sheriff's Office in Virginia.

John Lavinder, Secretary

John is the Secretary and an Instructor of the Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue Association.   John is also a member of the  National Police Bloodhound Association and has been active in mantrailing for over 10 years.  John is a member of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.  

Jerry Swain, Treasurer

Jerry is a Fire Marshall with the Loudoun County Fire Marshal's Office.  He also handles an accelerant dog for the Fire Marshal's office. He has been handling bloodhounds for approximately three years. He is also one of the counties explosives experts.

Steve Kilby, VA

Steve is a Corporal with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office. Steve is a member of the Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue Association and the National Police Bloodhound Association.  Steve has been working bloodhounds for over two year.

Patrick Sheridan, VA

Patrick is an Instructor with the Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue Association and a member of the National Police Bloodhound Association.  Patrick has been working bloodhounds for over five years and is a member of the Louisa County Sheriff's Office.
