Mission Statement

The purpose of this organization is exclusively charitable and educational.  The principal means of achieving these purposes are as follows:

To provide, as a benefit to the public, trained bloodhounds to assist in searching for lost, missing and suspected persons, upon request, by any official agency, day or night, under any and all conditions where bloodhounds can efficiently operate.

THE VIRGINIA BLOODHOUND SEARCH AND RESCUE ASSOCIATION AND THE LOUDOUN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE will be holding a six-day training seminar designed for law enforcement agencies and search and rescue units interested in establishing a Mantrailing Bloodhound unit or wants some continual training.
